Cancellation by Seller
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Tomesta reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by You, non-availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by mydukaan.io credit and fraud avoidance. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will intimate you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after having been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your account.
Cancellation by User
- You can cancel the order prior to the Shipped order state of the Product or within 72 hours from order placement – whichever is earlier, by logging into the seller website/app or by customer support. The order cannot be cancelled once the Shipped order state has been initiated.
- The request for cancellation of the order can be made by cancelling the order from the ‘My Orders’ section by using the order tracking number, or by calling our customer care number, or any other method, as may be intimated by The Company to you from time to time.
- On the receipt of the order cancellation request, your order will be cancelled with immediate effect, and the refund process will be initiated within 48 hours of confirmation of cancellation.
- In case of cancellation of prepaid orders, a refund of your amount will be processed within 7-12 business days as per our Exchange / Return policies.
Refund & Return
Tomesta is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason as per the terms and conditions mentioned below, you can return the product to us within 5 days from the delivery date with the Original Packing.
Terms & Condition:-
- All Returns/Refunds related to damage/defect/quantity mismatch/description mismatch are eligible for return but within 48 hours from Delivery.
- The product should be one time tried/ unwashed and not be used on regular basis. There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product(s), caused by the consumer
- Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition.
- All tags and the original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s)
- Supporting any issue is mandatory to take a decision.
- All Replacement/Refunds will be processed only after the product is received back to us and the quality check is cleared.
- Any product returned that shows improper use, improper handling, or physical damage; damaged/torn out the box, missing manuals, parts, and accessories will not be Replaced/Refunded and will be returned back to the buyer without rendering a reason.
- Kindly note that we will not accept returns on consumer promotion items/freebies if the correct product has been delivered. In case we send the wrong product or the wrong size, we will accept your return.
- We do not accept the return of any product(s) which is not purchased from this website. We will not take responsibility for any such product(s) sent to us.
- Any Customized Product/ Personal care goods or Item in Offers/ Discount Sale is not liable for Returns
- The cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
**In case of an empty box or missing item, the case should be registered within 24 hours of delivery or else The Company has all the rights to reject the complaint.

Tomesta will decide on a case to case basis whether the item will be required for self shipment or direct pickup from the order address.
In case of Self Delivery, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Please Note In Case of Self Shipment, shipment charge will be born by you
a) Refunds for Pre-paid Orders:
If you have paid using a credit card, a refund will be credited to your credit card account, (which Will be reflected in the next statement) within 5 to 7 working days. If you have paid using a debit card/internet banking, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 to 14 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your bank’s processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues.
All Pre-paid orders will be credited in 7-14 working days once the return is approved.
** All Timelines are with respect to the Refund product received and approved by the Seller.
b) Refunds for Cash-On-Delivery (COD) Orders:
If you have returned one or more products purchased using our COD payment method, you must provide Bank Account details for a refund:
- Bank Account number
- Account-holders name
- Bank branch
- Bank name
- IFSC Code
- Order ID
- Product Name against which refund must be initiated
The amount will be refunded in the Bank account through Electronic Funds Transfer. We do not provide any cash/cheque/DD.
Except for the events as explicitly stated in this Policy, you will not be entitled to any refund.
Note:- Tomesta has the right to accept or reject the return request on case to case basis depending upon the support shared by the customer.
